Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

International Orders (if applicable): 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier delays.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package in real time.
Please allow 2–5 days after shipping for tracking information to update.
5. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist you.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will either:
Reship a replacement, or
Issue a refund (depending on the situation)
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the product and packaging.
We will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
