Refund policy

1. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, used kitchen tools and personal-use items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully check all products before shipping, but if your item arrives:
Damaged
Not working properly (for example: mini projector not powering on or vegetable slicer broken)
Incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us and we will assist you.
5. Return Shipping
To return your item, please contact us first for instructions and return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:
Items damaged due to misuse
Products returned without original packaging
Items reported after the return window has passed
